Our Way

Activate Global exists to multiply sustainable churches among the unreached. Central to this mission is equipping indigenous church planters for long-term impact. Through our Disciple Making and Kingdom Business trainings, gospel workers gain the skills and resources to enter unreached communities, share the gospel effectively, help new believers become true disciples, and establish local churches that multiply!

With the power of the Holy Spirit, your support & partnership and faith filled local workers – we believe we can see long-term movements of the gospel among the unreached!

Partnering with Local Believers

Rather than sending cross cultural missionaries, we focus on partnering with local (national) believers, who already know the language and culture.

Disciple-Making Training & Coaching

And we train them to enter new communities, share their faith, make disciples and form brand new churches!

We also help them to kick start small businesses to sustain their livelihoods long-term!

WHY

Partner with LOCAL Believers?

“And the things you have heard me say… entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.” 2 Timothy 2:2

We partner with indigenous believers because they are best positioned to understand the cultural, social, and spiritual dynamics of their own communities.

They carry credibility, language skills, and relational networks that outsiders cannot replicate, allowing the gospel to take root more deeply and authentically.

Investing in local leaders through training and mentorship empowers them to create sustainable gospel movement initiatives that thrive independently of outside resources.

This approach ensures that churches multiply, local disciples are equipped, and the gospel spreads in a way that is enduring, culturally relevant, and sustainable for generations to come.

The Importance of

Disciple-Making Training & Coaching

In many unreached regions, new believers often stand alone – without a church, a coach, or a clear next step. With your support, we are able to come alongside our partners to train and equip them with simple tools to enter new communities, share their faith, make disciples and form brand new churches! They are also guided through authentic relationship, prayer, and coaching; helping the gospel not only take root, but also multiply uniquely through them!

Simple and reproducible tools.

Our disciple-making methods are simple and straightforward so that anyone—regardless of education, background, or geographical difficulties—can learn and pass them on.

Able to thrive in any context.

Every training is hosted with materials that are locally available – meaning we can train in the dirt, under a tree or in a hall. We call this, “the no network connection needed strategy!”

Reproducible methods that multiply.

Each leader is trained not just to minister, but to equip and release others who will do the same, fueling exponential growth. We call this, “the priesthood of all believers – in action!”

Relational coaching that builds leaders.

Ongoing, personal coaching provides encouragement, accountability, and wisdom right where it’s needed most. We love doing life with our local partners, we learn so much from them. We call this the, “knowing what our partners eat for breakfast value!”

Sustainable growth starts from within.

Our locally-led approach is all about empowering leaders to see their families and ministries thrive without relying solely on outside support/funding. It’s changing mindsets and restoring dignity! Kingdom business training equips them to do just that. We call this, “hey Moses, what’s in your hand?”

This is the strategy Jesus used!

We follow His model of investing in a few who disciple others—building movements that last and seeing the fruit of transformation take place! We call this, “on earth as it is in heaven!”

“After taking the training, I realized that I could stand on my own two feet as a local church planter and I started a piggery to support my family, to be an example to my church members and to help spread the gospel.” -Bhanu

the STRATEGY of

Kingdom Business Initiatives

Businesses Can Go Where Traditional Missionaries Can’t

In many of the world’s most difficult places, open ministry and “pastor” titles are risky – even illegal. But business creates opportunity. That’s why Activate Global equips local disciple-makers with training on how to start small, gospel-centered “Kingdom Businesses”.

Whether it’s a piggery, food cart, or repair shop, these ventures bless the community, create relationships, and open the door for everyday gospel conversations in unreached areas. They serve as part of an “entry strategy” and help ignite disciple-making movements – all while providing a steady income for believers to support their families and local churches!

How it Works

Step 1: Identify Local Disciple-Makers.

It all begins by working with local leaders—believers who have (or may have) a heart to share the gospel and making disciples, but who lack a sustainable way to continue. Many of these leaders are first-generation Christians. They’re already risking much to follow Jesus. What they need is a model that empowers them to stay rooted in their community and continue the mission. We don’t want people to only survive—but to multiply!

Step 2: Kingdom Business Training

Next comes training. We walk with these leaders through a contextualized, two-module curriculum designed for both depth and simplicity. Each module includes six lessons, conducted over four to five days. Participants return for Module 2 only after completing the homework from Module 1—homework that includes market research, business planning, budgeting, and more.

Diving Deeper: Reinforcement Exercises

One day in each module is dedicated to having participants teach a lesson back to the group, ensuring comprehension and giving them valuable practice.

We also use icons and images to reinforce each lesson, helping participants—especially oral learners—retain and apply what they’ve learned. By the end of the training, each person has a page of visual reminders, one icon per lesson, that they can reference as they launch and grow their businesses.

Diving deeper: Practicality

Our training covers:

  • How to identify business opportunities in their local context
  • How to create a simple, sustainable business plan
  • How to steward finances with integrity and purpose
  • How to integrate their faith naturally into business relationships

These are not abstract seminars. They are practical, biblical, and built for real-life ministry in high-risk regions.

Step 3: Business Launching

After completing the training, leaders begin putting their business plans into action—starting small, locally relevant ventures that align with their skills and meet real needs in their communities.

Our team stays engaged through ongoing coaching—checking in regularly, offering wisdom, and walking alongside leaders as they navigate both business and ministry challenges.

This long-term investment ensures that what’s been planted doesn’t just grow—it multiplies. Leaders are empowered to sustain their work, disciple others, and spark movements that endure.
